Check the size of your Link Sword against the ruler to verify the measurements match up. You can also glue cardboard instead of foam in this step if you prefer. Using a Dremel tool or similar, cut into the jigsawed edge to make it smooth and neat. Heat your heat gun, Dremel (if using), and a hot glue gun. Press together bump (between guard and grip) from template and heat gun over the bump until it takes the desired form. Dip the handle into the melted hot glue and press down to keep it in place. Print out the pattern, cut it out, and glue it together twice to create two layers of foam for each sword piece you need. Use spray paint (and paintbrush if needed) to paint each color required for your Link Master sword according to instructions on packaging/bottles.
